Mason HomanCPA
Mason received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Boise State University in December 1999 and his CPA designation in 2001. His areas of practice focus on business and individual income tax. He believes in a pro-active approach to taxation and planning that may entail multiple year projections and incorporate all team players in the process: legal, financial, etc.
His personal interests include camping with his family and volunteering with his church.
David AllenCPA
Ask David Allen about his clients and he’ll tell you about the people behind the businesses. Because to David, a business is the collection of skills, experiences, dreams, and expectations of the business’ owners. His job is to help focus his clients’ aspirations into solid business and tax strategies that support and enhance performance goals. Most of David’s clients own closely held businesses, and range from start-up ventures to mature firms with over $20 million in annual sales. Their needs include tax planning and computer systems, analysis of cash flows, employee benefits and retirement programs, and capital equipment funding. David regularly takes advantage of his extensive network, connecting clients with a variety of experts representing the legal, insurance, employee benefits, marketing, banking, and software consulting industries. Whether his clients have firmly established businesses or are operating on start-up capital, David partners with them to set goals and measure progress toward achieving them.

Jason SaliCPA & CFE
Jason is an Idaho native and a Boise State graduate that has been working in public accounting since 2007. He has experience working with closely held businesses and their owners and specializes in the construction and healthcare industries. Jason offers tax preparation, tax planning, financial statement preparation, and consulting services to his clients. He is registered as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and was licensed to practice as a CPA in Idaho in 2009. He received a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) designation in 2015. Jason is a member of the AICPA, ISCPA, and ACFE. He joined Idaho Tax & Accounting in 2016 and became a partner in the firm in 2017. When not at work, Jason enjoys spending time with his family, enjoying Idaho’s great outdoors, and watching movies.

Connie MurphyCPA
Connie has worked with individuals and business owners in the Treasure Valley for the past 30 years, providing small business advisory services and income tax preparation and planning. Her goal is to help each client work toward their personal and business goals by structuring transactions to their best advantage and minimizing the income tax impact. She received her Accounting Degree from Boise State University in 1985 and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Idaho Society of CPA’s. She is also on the Advisory Council for the BSU Department of Accountancy.

Ben HartleyCPA
Ben Hartley, CPA is a licensed certified public accountant through the state of Idaho. A native Idahoan and a graduate of Boise State University, Ben quickly developed a reputation as an honest, hard-working public accountant. While Ben is no longer working directly on client accounts, he continues to work part-time in the background on the administrative and firm management sides of the business.

Daniel Eckstrom
Daniel Eckstrom has a Bachelor of Accountancy from Indiana Wesleyan University. He is a native Idahoan who has been working in accounting since 2013. He started out working in corporate accounting doing SEC Filings and is now head of our Bookkeeping and Payroll Department.

Taylor RewaldStaff
Taylor has been working in accounting since 2016 and in tax preparation since 2019. Taylor graduated from Mount San Antonio College and obtained a liberal arts degree with an emphasis in business. He then went on to receive his Accounting Degree from California State Polytechnic University in 2018.
Taylor is a Dive Master and is skilled in building computers and keyboards. In his free time, he also enjoys watching movies, tv, and playing video games.
